Duration:

As long as you need. In our Painting Gallery you can select a painting for the appropriate party length, just remember to factor in any additional time you might require, such as time to eat, socialize, or set up anything. 

Catering: 

We will work with your choice of caterer or we can put you in touch with our partners

Staff:

If you choose to bring your own food and drinks, our staff will help you to set up and serve

Drinks:

Are on you! We don’t serve alcohol, we serve Art but you can bring anything you like

As a general rule you can book at party during any available time slots except

Friday and Saturday nights 7pm (call us if you are interested in this time slot and your group is greater than 30 people)

Your party needs to complete 1 hour before the start of the next event

There can be no overlap with another event on the calendar with participants already registered (call us if there is a time slot you are interested and we will do what we can to accommodate) 

Deposit:

REFUNDABLE $150 charged to the organizer's credit card to secure the time slot

It is possible to rent only our space without having any painting class. Our rate is $100 per hour, minimum 3hrs

Cancellation Policy: 

All private parties require a 14 day advanced notice or a charge of $150 will be applied to credit card used for deposit 

Registrations: 

Guests can register online by visiting the Private Party event at our calendar or the organizer can pay the total amount anytime up to the day before the event. If the number of people does not meet the minimum party size requirement, organizer's credit card will be charged the difference to meet the minimum requirement .
